The total domestic production in December decreased for the third consecutive month year-on-year, due to the end of government "eco-car" support under subsidy system. The total global production for December increased fourteenth consecutive month year-on-year, due to the increased production for overseas markets, which set an all-time December record.

The domestic production for the passenger cars, the overseas production and the total global production for the period January through December 2010 set an all-time records, due to the increased production of Legacy and Forester.
